Problems with Urdu along with regional languages

It is a very painful fact that due to diverse reasons and especially terrorism Pakistan an Islamic country is considered an unstable country around the world.
There are lots of problems but one of the major problems is arising because we are ignoring our national language. Around the world people do not encourage Urdu language, and Urdu speakers are also ignoring their own language. It is creating a communicating gap among nations. Language is a powerful source to deliver a message around the globe. We can solve many problems by promoting our national language and giving respect to it.

First of all we all should accept Urdu as a national language, because it is the vision of our great leader Quaid-e Azam. He loved to speak Urdu and declared it as a national language.  Languages save and make strong history of the nations. It’s recognition of countries.

The second fact about ignoring national language in Pakistan is that it’s a country where people of different regions speak different regional languages. These languages have produced very famous poet, writers, Sufi saints, and singers. They want to promote them and love their regional languages. It’s not a big deal we all should accept their regional languages as a second language or language of provinces. Due to this cruel act and attitude we already have lost one part of Pakistan which is now called “Bengala daish”.

The same situation we are facing again in Balochistan now. Blochi people want to teach their regional language on the primary levels in schools but government is forcing just national language in schools. The solution of this problem is that accept Urdu as a national language and also gave importance to their regional language. Give them freedom to teach their regional languages along with national language. Take Urdu for the national agreements. Make a platform for the national language.
One other dilemma with our people is that most of the people try to speak international language commonly, because we think that we will call modernized if we will speak English. No doubt we all should learn English as it’s necessary for the development, but first we should have full command on Urdu as a native of this language. We should feel pride to speak it to save country, our history, culture and recognition.
